MyCamper is the largest Camper Sharing Platform in Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. We’re on a mission to make camping accessible to everyone, by connecting vehicle owners with renters who want to explore the outdoors. A real job, not a coffee run
We’re looking for a curious, motivated person to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Trainee. Over 9 months, you’ll work hands-on across the full digital marketing mix: paid social, performance marketing, creative production, and analytics.
This isn’t a spectatorship. You’ll work on real campaigns with real budgets, sit alongside our Head of Marketing from day one, and get direct feedback on everything you do. The goal at the end of the traineeship is to offer you a full-time role. We’re building toward that from the start.
What you’ll work on
Running paid social campaigns across Meta, Youtube, and other channels, with real budgets and real responsibility
Owning our influencer programme end-to-end: identifying creators, leading outreach and negotiations, writing briefs, and managing ongoing collaborations
Creating and testing ad creatives using tools like Figma, Canva, and CapCut
Leading projects across other channels, including our newsletter and Google Ads
Collaborating with our experienced freelancers to keep campaigns moving and quality high
Tracking performance across channels and building reports that drive decisions
What you’ll learn
By the end of the traineeship, you’ll have hands-on experience with:
Running and optimising paid social campaigns, from brief to results
The core metrics and SOPs of performance marketing: CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, A/B testing
How to produce ad creatives that actually convert
How to read data, draw conclusions, and act on them
How a fast-growing international marketplace approaches marketing across 7 countries
How to work in a small and international team with a modern tech stack
You’ll also get a front-row seat to how a profitable tech company is built and scaled.
What we’re looking for
You’ve finished or are about to finish a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
You’re genuinely excited about digital marketing and want to build a career in it
You’re curious, organised, and proactive. You don’t wait to be told what to do next
You’re comfortable with numbers and willing to dig into data
You actively use AI tools to build your own products or work smarter and faster. You get bonus points for including your projects in your application.
You’re native in German or at least one of our market languages (French, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and proficient in English
You’re authorised to work in Switzerland
Nice to have
You’ve run ads or created social content before, even just for fun or a personal project
You have a feel for design and visual storytelling
You’ve used tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ad, Google Analytics, or similar
You love camping and the outdoors (it helps!)
What you’ll get
A monthly salary of 4,000 CHF
A genuine path to a full-time role after 9 months, with a starting salary of min. 80,000 CHF
