As a Customer Support Intern, you are the link between MyCamper and our customers. You actively
work on maintaining and promoting the satisfaction and trust of our
customers. Together with a team of seven experience agents, you are the contact person for all platform and
booking-related questions. With your proactive, empathetic, and reliable
manner, you can quickly find appropriate solutions for all parties.
The internship should be in summer (optimally between June and September). There is some flexibility with respect to the duration and the exact start/end dates. Preferably, you would be available for a few (paid) onboarding days before the internship.
Tasks
- Onboarding to our platform: you'll be guided by the team to learn all ins and outs
- Manage and resolve routine customer support cases in German and English (and optimally French)
- Learn and execute daily standard tasks
- You chat, email and call with customers
- Collaborate with team members to get second opinions, share insights, and contribute to a supportive work environment.
- You learn and use our documentation and translate processes.
Requirements
- You like to interact with customers.
- You can handle customer requests in at least two of these languages: German, French, English
- You’re able to communicate effectively, written and verbally. There’s not much back and forth required. You document clean and thoroughly.
- Problem solver: Whatever the issue is, you find a way to solve it, or you work with the team to solve it. You have a propensity for action.
